Terms for Your App or Game
1. Acceptance
These Terms are an agreement between you and Velora for use of Your App or Game (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Link-based content
The Service may display video content hosted by Streamable, YouTube or other third parties. The publisher does not claim ownership of content submitted through a link. You must only submit links and content you are allowed to share.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to share unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content; disrupt the platform; scrape it; bypass access controls; or violate the rules of an external video provider.
4. Intellectual property
The Velora interface, name, design and software belong to the publisher or its licensors. You keep rights in content you submit, while giving the publisher permission to display the link and related title, description and thumbnail on the Service.
5. Third-party services
Embedded players and external links are controlled by their own providers. Their availability, terms, advertising and privacy practices are outside the publisher’s control.
6. Availability and changes
The Service may change, pause or discontinue features. A video may stop working when an external link is removed, made private or restricted by its host.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of user-submitted metadata. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
Access or submitted entries may be removed when these Terms are violated, a link creates risk, or removal is required for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
